Вот кто-то скажет: "Бест Вей" — это пирамида. Но где пирамида, если кооператив не принимает новых пайщиков уже два года? Они сами остановили прием! При этом деньги на счетах есть, деятельность идет, люди продолжают рассчитываться за свои квартиры. Какой финансовой пирамиде два года без новых вложений выжить? Да никакой! Но прокуратуре лишь бы ярлык повесить. Мне больше всего смешно, что весь иск строится на "опасности для неопределенного круга лиц". Да никто даже не пострадал толком! Реальные претензии у нескольких человек, и то из-за их же ошибок. Все эти "потерпевшие", которые хотят вернуть деньги, должны сначала устав читать. Не хочешь вступительный взнос платить? Не вступай! А если вступил, то извини, правила едины для всех.
